Facilitators focus on the strong relation with their students. The concept of this methodology
focus on the involving children more. So that students can learn independently while teachers guides them loosely.

Personal Model

Personal model focus on teachers doing the activities and student observing it. In this model teacher starts the foundation of activity by taking a lead role, while student observe and try to copy teacher.

Delegator

In this method teachers act as a provider of the content and information. Student are participating in a more active role and engaging in the learning activities. This also helps to develop automated classroom where teacher takes passive roles.
